Optimize Customer Portfolio
I need a dashboard that helps me:
- Quickly review the size of my major investment management clients, & the distribution of those clients across countries
- Drill into specific accounts to understand their financial returns, investment risk level, & portfolio composition
- See client’s time with the firm, fees generated, & contact information in the same place –so it’s easy to reach out
We chose a simple stylized map with circles drawn to represent account size – this avoids the confusion often created when excessive overlays and text are included in geographic visualizations.
Once our financial advisor has scanned the client’s risk, returns & portfolio composition, they are better prepared to address the client’s needs.
Thus, we have included relevant contact information at the bottom of the panel.
Rather than trying to display all of this information on the map, we’ve designed a detail panel for a clearer layout.
Upon selecting an account on the map, that circle is highlighted in blue - and the detail panel populates with key customer size and health metrics.
